A BAKE Off held at Crediton Congregational Church on Saturday, April 29, organised by Deb Keast, was well-attended with lots of entries.
The event, together with online donations raised £610 for Stand Up To Cancer (SU2C).
Deb said: “My friend Michelle Perry walked 60 miles during April and raised £475 for SU2C, so we were happy to join in the finale together!
“I would like to thank everyone who has donated in so many ways, those who made cakes for the event, the judges, Hannah, Andrew and Lesley, those who created posters and the local businesses who donated for the raffle.
“I would also like to thank my team Michelle, Wendy, Lou and Jos who worked tirelessly to keep things ticking over on the day.
“Finally, thank you to Crediton Congregational Church for the use of the amazing Karis Hall.”
