Crediton RFC Under 15's are holding their eagerly awaited Auction of Promises at the Rugby Club on Friday, October 9.

The doors open at 7pm and there will be an opportunity to buy a curry supper or a burger, with bidding starting at 8.30pm.

The Auction is being handled by Paul Heard of Husseys Auctioneers.

There are 90 lots to be auctioned. They vary from days out, half pigs, lots of meal vouchers to beauty and pamper treatments, vet's fees and many other exciting items.

Under 15's manager, David Dodgeon, said: "The generosity from around the local community has been fabulous!"

The auction is being held to raise funds for the team's planned tour to Cape Town, when they finish their GCSE's in July 2011.
