CREDITON Flower Club held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, October 12.
In the absence of chairman Gay Mullins, the report was prepared by Gay and read by vice chairman, Mary Tasker.
Gay gave recognition to the committee and members alike for their wonderful support and thanked them all for their committed hard work.
The Club’s committee members remain in office with June Harry as secretary and Mary Tasker as treasurer, for another year.
After the close of business the members enjoyed a wine and cheese supper.
The next meeting will be held at the Boniface Centre on Thursday, November 9, at 7.15pm when there will be a demonstration from Donna Lamb of Susan’s Flower Shop, entitled "Christmas."
The Club has a reputation for being a friendly, happy club and extends a warm welcome to visitors and new members, so if you enjoy flowers why not go along?
Perhaps you can get some tips for the Christmas season.
