AFTER the appalling act of the two young teenagers who set fire to the wreaths at the War Memorial, is it possible to set up a fund, as a reward to be given to anyone, who knows who these despicable culprits are, so they can be prosecuted and hopefully named and shamed? Someone must know, as yobs such as them, usually boast about their exploits, so a reward would no doubt encourage someone to blow the whistle to help to identify them.
