CREDITON Community Bookshop is delighted to announce that bestselling crime writer Ann Cleeves is to become patron of the bookshop.
The Crediton Community Bookshop was conceived in 2012 and launched the following year. At its heart the innovative project is not only a place to buy books but an inspirational hub for all things literary, committed to finding creative ways to support community projects. Its mission is to encourage thriving communities and nurture a love of books and reading.
Ann Cleeves says: “How brilliant that a community cares so much about about reading and creativity that they came together to form a bookshop in this way. I’m delighted and honoured to be patron of Crediton Community Bookshop.”
