THE team at Age Concern Crediton and District have decided to change a few small things that will make a big difference.

They have asked their audiences (families, carers, supporters, volunteers and, their small staff team and trustees) how Age Concern can be more appealing and welcoming.

To help more people understand and feel connected to who Age Concern are and what they do the team has changed the name of the Daily Day Care activity to the Daily Community Club. The name has been changed to make it clearer that all parts of the older community aged over 55 are supported. Age Concern has also replaced the large minibus with two more rurally friendly vehicles, giving greater flexibility in providing transport to the Community Club, and for future development of the Home Support service.
