THE next talk hosted by Crediton Area History and Museum Society (CAHMS) will be on Monday, November 10, when Emma Laws from Exeter Cathedral Library and Archive will discuss items which tell the story of the cathedral through documents stretching over its (nearly) 1,000 years of history.
People who know their Crediton history will be aware that the cathedral was based here before it relocated to Exeter in 1050.
Is there anything new to reveal about the history of Crediton Church from documents they hold at Exeter?
The talk will be at the Boniface Centre, 7.30pm start. CAHMS members £2, non-members £5. CAHMS AGM (members only) will be held at 7pm, immediately before the talk.
