A PRIVATELY owned house in Stanbury Court in Crediton has partially collapsed.

The building borders land and dwellings owned by Mid Devon Housing who said on Twitter that “every effort will be made to contact the owners of the building to ensure it is made safe”.

The property has been cordoned off and the footpath is currently closed off.
