A NEW class being run at the Lords Meadow Leisure Centre could be just what you are looking for to take part in?

Eat Active is a weight and nutrition class with light exercise.

Nutrition Advisor, Steph Heard, from Crediton, is the course instructor.

She told the Courier: "Eat Active is a weekly weigh in and measure, with gentle exercise and a weekly food diary analysis.

"Anyone taking part will get packs of information to keep, including helpful recipe ideas.

"I have already had success in my classes with one person reaching her target weight and others all heading towards theirs by making short and long term goals which are achievable.

"There is a great atmosphere in the class with group support and motivation as well as the one-to-one help and advice when required."

She added: "If anyone is searching for an eating programme which lasts, is looking to lose weight or inches and tone up? Then this is the class for them!"

Classes are held on a Wednesday evening from 6.30pm to 8pm at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre, upstairs in the old bar area.

The cost is £5 per week, which includes the gentle exercise and weigh in with information packs.

Steph is also qualified in aerobics, aqua aerobics, step aerobics, circuits, fitness instructing, weight and nutrition management and many others.

For more information contact Steph at the Leisure Centre on 01363 776190.

Please note there will be not class on June 17.
