ONE fire engine from Cullompton attended an early morning vehicle fire this morning, Sunday, October 11.

Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service were called to attend the fire at 4.17am at Cullompton.

The crew used two sets of breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and small tools to put out the blaze and a thermal imaging camera to check the fire was out.

The vehicle was severely damaged by fire.

The cause is believed to be accidental.
