DEVON and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service received a telephone call at 11.43am this morning, Thursday, January 11, to a report of a straw blower on fire at a farm in the Down St Mary area.
A Crediton crew was mobilised and used two sets of breathing apparatus, compressed air foam, a short extension ladder and small tools to put out the blaze.
The cause of the fire was accidental.
