Elaine Gregory, on behalf of the traders, said: “The Hunt the Odd Object competition over the summer holidays was a big hit with families - I have had so many positive comments about it.
“I would like to thank all the traders who took part and everyone who entered.”
Elaine added that six of the entries found all of the 40 answers in the shop and business windows.
From the six who answered all of them correctly, “Courier” Editor Alan Quick drew from a hat the competition winners.
The first to be drawn was the entry submitted by Louis Park (9) of Crediton, making him the winner of the £20 prize.
Runners-up, and winners of £10 each, were Alesha Board (11) of Crediton and Noah Davies, also of Crediton.
