A PARTY was held on Saturday, October 18, exactly 10 years since 2nd Crediton Rainbows began.

The Rainbows (with two Brownies who were Rainbows with the unit) had a “not quite a sleepover party” afternoon.

It started with enrolment for Emily, Lilly and Sophie, three new Rainbows.

They made bracelets and a suncatcher, played party games, had a picnic tea with a Rainbow birthday cake and played glow in the dark bowling.

The evening ended with them going into tents to change into pyjamas, have a bedtime story read to them and going home to bed.

Thanks went to the leaders for their help, Caroline Isaac (Brown Owl), Sarah Moxey (Tawny Owl), Dani Devereaux (Forest Owl) and Maz Denley (Fluffy Owl) and Morrisons and Tesco for food donations.
