Colts XV 36 - Bideford RFC 7

THE Crediton Rugby Football Club Colts made it two from two in their Devon RFU Colts Cup Campaign with a comprehensive victory against Bideford on The Rec, Blagdon.

Playing down the slope in the first half we scored four tries, two of which were converted, and turned around 24-nil up.

Shortly after the break, Bideford crossed for a converted score but they never really looked like scoring again and two more tries from us and one conversion saw the lads home.

Tries were by Shay Wheeler, Kieron Wallis, Will Lewis, Monty Charteris, Jake Kibbey and Josh Burnison.

Conversions were by Jake Kibbey (2) and Ollie Harris.

• At the recent annual meeting of Crediton Rugby Club Chris Baker was elected chairman of Crediton RFC and Trevor Sanders was elected President.
