IT is still a productive time at Creedy Lakes, Crediton, with some good sized bag catches in the past week.

Heaviest fish for the week and this month so far was by Crediton angler Ryan Labdon who was on his second visit to Creedy this season.

His pristine common carp tipped the scales to 28lbs 6oz and was one amongst a four fish bag.

Another Crediton angler, Alan Greenslade, fished three-quarters of the way up on the right bank and landed four commons with the best to mid-double figure in size.

Father and son team Robin and Wayne Tooze fished the first swim on right bank and had similar results with Robin banking five commons and Wayne landing four commons.

Between them they managed to tempt five specimens weighing more than 16lbs with their heaviest fish on the day scaling 16lbs 14oz.
