DOWNES Crediton Golf Club hosted its ever-popular Festival Week between September 9 and 16, sponsored by South West Galvanizers Ltd.

Competitions spanned across eight days starting with their Pro-Am and culminating in the Mixed Open on Sunday.

With hundreds of members and visitors taking part in the seven events there was some fine scoring across the board and none more so than the tremendous 45 points that saw Mark Ainscough win the Creedy Cup on Saturday.

Wednesday, September 12: Jason Arnold won the mid-week stableford with 38 points.
