THE Red Lion Inn at Tedburn St Mary held a charity cricket match against Tedburn St Mary Cricket Club on Friday, July 28.
More than 25 locals played in the match, with many supporters going down to the recreational field to watch.
The game was won by Tedburn Cricket team and everyone returned to the Red Lion for a barbecue, auction and raffle.
Nicola, on behalf of The Red Lion said: "It was a fantastic evening which raised £820 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
"We chose this charity as it is close to a couple of team members families. Thank you to everyone who took part and supported the event and to everyone who donated."
