THIS Sunday, August 13, Cheriton Fitzpaine Cricket Club host the semi-finals and final of the League of Friends T20 cup.

The first semi-final will begin at 11am between Cheriton Fitzpaine and Yeoford.

The second semi-final will begin at 2pm between Newton St Cyres and Exeter Erratics.

The final will take place at 5pm.

Spectators are welcome to attend and the ground is well signposted from Cheriton Fitzpaine village.

There will be free parking in an adjacent field, with a great view of all the action and safe from the six hitters.

Mike Foan said that the day will be perfect for all cricket lovers and include: “mad run outs, dropped catches and some brilliant cricket”.

He adds that there will be an all-day barbecue, bar and cream teas.
