CREDITON Bowling Club, in Newcombe’s Meadow, is having a Taster Day for anyone who wants to try lawn green bowling as a hobby.
On Saturday, June 18, from 10am to 4pm, there is a full day of coaching, fun targets and games to give a flavour of what bowling is all about.
The Industrial Bowls Tournament attracts approximately 64 local firms to take part in August and if you are not involved in that, you can go and “have-a-g” during the Taster Day instead.
