CREDITON and Copplestone PUMA Tae Kwon Do is pleased to congratulate members who recently achieved their Black Belts.

Dave Powlesland, the group's senior instructor, said: "Well done to Alex Carder and Kim Voysey, who both successfully got promoted to first degree and to Simon John, who was promoted to second degree with a credit pass."

The Crediton and Copplestone group meet on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and Sunday mornings at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre, Copplestone Church Community Hall and Newton St Cyres Parish Hall.

The group offers instruction for all the family, from aged four years and over.

The group is well-established and is a truly inclusive group.
