MORE than 10 varieties of cider and perries were enjoyed at a cider festival held at Yeoford.
The drinks available for tasting included CAMRA (Campaign for Real Ale) gold and silver winning champion ciders 2010, Grandma's Weapons Grade Ginger Beer and Cornish Stingers (a unique nettle brew).
Hot roast pork baps plus Quicke's cheese rolls and other snacks were available.
The festival took place at Yeoford Village Hall and ran from noon until late. There was "live" entertainment throughout the day, as well as traditional and apple-based games.
Admission included a souvenir glass and programme.
The event was a great success and all who attended enjoyed sitting around on straw bales enjoying the cider and entertainment.
All the proceeds went to Yeoford's New Community Hall Fund.
