I WOULD like to take this opportunity to thank the electors of Yeo Ward who were most supportive to me when I canvassed them on the doorstep; sadly there were not enough votes to win this time.
I had hoped to continue the good work that had been done for the last 16 years by Dave Pullen. But, alas, this was not to be for now.
I would also like to thank Councillor Derek Coren for a very fair campaign conducted in a very gentlemanly and courteous manner and wish him well in representing the people of Yeo Ward alongside Councillor Phil Bourne..
