THE second appeal by Renewable Energy Systems Ltd (RES) to site nine enormous turbines in the Den Brook Valley, between Bow, Spreyton and North Tawton, is due to start at 10am on Thursday, July 23.

The appeal is scheduled to last up to eight days and will be held at Okehampton Community College.

The public are able to attend to listen to the hearing and representations from those opposed to and in favour of the development.
