AT Crediton's Queens Badminton Club it is always good to see members progress and Mac Powell is one example as he has just got into the Devon Under 15's team.
Queens public relations officer, Graham Chudley told the Courier: "This is a great achievement and I am sure Mac will be very successful and get a lot of pleasure out of competing at this level.
"Representing your county is a real honour and is a goal that Mac has been working hard towards, so congratulations go to him on achieving this standard."
Another example of people stretching themselves and achieving great things is Hannah Preece who has just qualified for the National Under 17's championships and will be competing at Hatfield.
Graham continued: "To get to this level is fantastic and yet again everyone at the club offers congratulations and wishes Hannah all the very best."
