ST MATTHEW'S Parish Church at Cheriton Fitzpaine held a 24-hour "Trot Around the Clock 2023" on a beautiful summer's day and night.

Parishioners used mobility scooters, ran, walked or rode ponies around the Church boundaries.
During the day, food was served in the Church and there was a festive atmosphere.
More than £1,000 was raised, which will be used to provide better disabled access via the Churchyard from the Hayes, and in support of the Devon Historic Churches' Trust, which supports Devon's historic churches with grants for repairs and building projects.
