THERE are reports of traffic building on the A377 by Moonridge Farm, between Newton St Cyres and Exeter.

It is understood that a tractor is on the highway with a puncture on a trailer tyre which is causing an obstruction.
The incident happened at about 11.40 today, Thursday, July 24.
