TEDBURN Amateur Dramatic Society proudly presents its Autumn Variety Show tonight, Friday, October 25 and tomorrow evening, October 26, at Tedburn Village Hall.
Everyone is invited along for an hilarious evening of sketches, dancing, singing and much more.
Doors open at 7pm and the show, for those aged 16 and over, will start at about 7.30pm.
A two-course meal is included in the ticket price of £8.50 or £8 for groups of six or more.
A bar will operate during the evening.
The box office number is 01647 61884.
The show is set in a residential home in the 1950's and the cast all play the parts of old amateur actors that have retired.
They reminisce about what they did as youngsters when they were on the stage and decide to put on a talent show.
There is much more to the storyline but that would be giving the game away!
The evening is entitled: "Remember When..." and songs include "You're Sixteen", "Where have all the Flowers gone?" and "Leaving on a Jet Plane".
The cast includes Lewis Dyson, Phil Dyson, Ian Mould, Roger Sibley, Hugh Vincent, Aubrey Williams, Debbie Garrish, Sue Latham, Denise Mould, Cynthia Sibley, Cathy Spooner, Ceri Spooner, Liz Taylor and Lucy Webster.
Playing ukuleles will be Andy Hedgley, Karen Beckett, Ian Mould and Denise Mould.
TADS has a willing band who fill roles such as stage crew, sound and light, front of house, make up and costume, pianist, prompt and who run the bar and provide refreshments.
Director and producer is Denise Mould.
TADS are always looking for new members and anyone interested can contact the chairman, Roger Sibley on 01647 61505.
