THE sun shone last Saturday for Sandford Primary School’s annual Strawberry Fair, which was very busy throughout the afternoon.

There was delightful musical entertainment, delicious cream teas, plus ice creams and candy floss, which proved popular with the children!

For the adults there was a cider tent and a barbecue for all. There was hoopla, tombola stall, crafts and produce, plus face painting, hair braiding, and lots more plus a grand draw.

The fair was organised by the Friends of Sandford School, with proceeds going to the school and playgroup.
