CREDITON Courier Sales Executive, Sue Halsey, has passed her City and Guilds Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service.

The qualification is an advanced modern apprenticeship diploma in customer service with added functional skills in maths and English. Sue studied for the diploma with PGL Training NVQ Assessor Garry Sheward.

Garry explained: “Sue was a good candidate and always completed all the work she was set on time.

“Her work was well thought through and she thoroughly deserves the qualification.”

He added: “ Sue had excellent support from management at the “Crediton Courier.”“

General Manager at the “Courier”, Sean Constable was delighted that Sue had passed and said: "Sue’s qualifications are well deserved and recognise what we already knew about her. She is both conscientious and works hard on behalf of our advertisers, customers and the “Courier - Well done Sue!"
