BEING an organic bakery has always been a very important part of who Stevie B’s are, as a business.

They believe it’s not just about selling organic bread, it’s about caring about how your food is grown and how the land is treated during that process, whether it is organic or not.

Stevie B’s of Crediton says it has always tried to look at ways to minimise the impact of food miles and waste so recycling has always been a strong focus which is why Stevie B’s now weigh out ingredients.

Of their 160 plus products more than a third is organic.

During these challenging times, Stevie B’s has worked hard to maintain standards and supply of organic ingredients. While Stevie B’s has found this difficult, with many items in short supply, it has done it.

It hopes that with more people seeing things in a different way, that now is the time to encourage growers and producers to change.

Stevie B’s adds: “Even if it isn’t organically certified, products can still be grown in a more sympathetic way to the land.”

The bakery supplies eco-friendly cleaning refills, carrying on the ethos of looking after the environment.

Whether you want 50g of herbs, two kilos of pasta or some washing-up liquid, Stevie B’s is the place to go.
