EARLIER this year it was agreed that St Michael’s Church Fayre and Spreyton Primary School Fete would be merged to involve the whole village in the one big event - the Spreyton Summer Fest.

This takes place at the village hall and playing fields on Saturday, July 9 from 12 noon to 4pm, when it is hoped the weather will be kind.

There will be lots for all the family to enjoy including games, a grand draw, bouncy castle, an inflatable assault course, cake stall, face painting, music, tug of war and much more.

Refreshments will include a barbecue, hog roast, cream teas and a beer tent.

All funds raised will go to St Michael’s Church and Spreyton Primary School.
