SHOBROOKE is holding its first festival on Bank Holiday Monday, August 27 at the Red Lion from 11am to 7pm.

ShoFest 2018 will be a village celebration, with music, entertainment and a Hog Roast.

Outside events will include all-day live music and fun for all the family with a tug of war, wellie-wanging, smack the rat and more.

The Shobrooke Teepee will also be set up with a theme of cowboys and Indians.

Musical entertainment will include singers and players from the Shobrooke open mic sessions with bands including “WeeFree Men” and “The Woodmen”.

There will be a raffle and collection for the Village Hall funds on the day.
