THE Rose & Crown Annual Motorcycle Show and Meet in Sandford had an amazing array of bikes on display on Saturday July 20.
The sunny weather certainly brought in the numbers to the charity event which raises money for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust.
As well as the bikes there were face painting, bouncy caste, trade stalls, barbecue, ice creams and three live bands.
On behalf of the Rose and Crown, Jill and Andy would like to personally thank Ralph Tatlock for the loan of the field, Jim and Brenda Short for use of garden thoroughfare, Sandford AFC for use of the playing fields for car parking, Lewis's of Crediton for the loan of fridges and freezers and Peter Coleman of Creedy Carver for the provision of straw bales. Special thanks as always to our team of volunteers who help make the show a success.
In the next issue of the Courier, August 9, we will feature a full report and photos.
