The West of England School and college for people with little or no sight would like people to be sponsored in their name for any of the runs taking place on October 18.
The event is organised by the Women's Running Network and the Rotary Club of Dartmoor Vale.
Race Director, Pauline Beare of the Women's Running Network explained: "We are offering four running events; a marathon, a half marathon, a 10k road race and a one-mile fun run.
She added: "All the races will start and finish at Newton Abbott racecourse.
Other charities who register to support the event will also benefit.
The Rotary Club has agreed to divide half the total of all the money raised on the day to go to the registered charities.
