Rookwood Garden at Sandford open to public to raise funds for St Swithun’s Church

THE beautiful Rookwood Garden at Sandford will be open to the public by kind invitation of Ronald and Mary Rose Somerville, on Saturday, July 2 from 2pm to 5pm.

Rookwood, at Coppice Lane, is a three-acre garden with a difference, to be enjoyed by all ages.

Visitors will be able to stroll through an orchard, walk along the stream edge and explore the island.

There will be lots of fun for the children, cream teas, entertainment and a plant stall.

Admission for adults is £3, with children admitted free and all funds raised will go to St Swithun’s Church, Sandford.

Coppice Lane, is situated off the Kennerleigh road, near Dowrich (EX17 4EG) and there is parking nearby - just follow the signs.
