Drivers in and around Mid Devon will have six National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of under 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that two closures already in place are expected to carry on this week:
• M5, from 8pm September 10 to 7am September 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 28 to 29 closed for carriageway - reconstruction / renewal, diversion via B3181, Moor Lane to junction 30.
• M5, from 9am July 18 2022 to 11.59pm August 29 2027, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5, junction 28 to 29 hard shoulder closure in both directions for parapet works.
And a further four closures will begin over the next seven days:
• M5, from 9pm September 12 to 4am September 13, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 26 to junction 27 - Lane closure for barrier/Fence Safety Repairs.
• M5, from 8pm September 13 to 6am September 14, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 28 to 29 closed for carriageway - reconstruction / renewal, diversion via B3181, Moor Lane to junction 30.
• M5, from 9pm September 16 to 5am September 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 28 to 27 lane closure for barrier repairs.
• M5, from 10pm September 23 to 6am September 24, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 both directions, junction 27 to 28 mobile lane closure for surveys.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
