A BOWLS bag containing some distinctive bowls, clothing, shoes and other items, went missing from outside Crediton Library, near Crediton Bowling Club, during the early evening of Friday, June 8.

The bag was left there after the owner came back from a competition and went to the Bowling Club to get a set of car keys.

During the 10 or 15 minutes that the owner was absent, the bag was taken.

The blue bag contained four bowls which are chocolate orange in colour as well as waterproofs, shoes etc.

A reward is being offered for the recovery of the bowling equipment.
