AT last week’s Creation Calling we at Crediton Methodist Church focused on remembering and listened to lots of music, which helped us focus.
Through music and sharing, we sought the Peace of God.
Internal peace can be hard to find and experience with all the stress of life. How do you achieve this?
Music is very helpful, it’s a universal language which breaks all barriers.
When language is a barrier, sharing music makes language unnecessary. Wherever we are in the world we experience cultural music shared.
The music shared with Christians in North India lifts our barriers and the sharing is wonderful.
The Dalit drums are loud, the singing is wonderful.
We remember each other when the miles separate us, the memories never fade.
Memories are remembered with love.
Love never fails.
Memories and love continue from this world to the next, like an unbroken chain.
When we are at peace, peace in this troubled world is achieved.
Peace starts with each of us.
Peace be with us.
