During the Summer holidays Emma Brynes ran a Really Wild Forest School at the Millennium Green at Sandford for children aged between 6 and 14 years.
The sessions included: bug hunts bug crafts and games, bow and arrows, paint ball, catapults, outdoor cooking skills, den building and fire lighting.
The school believes in a "simplistic and gentle approach to education in the outdoor environment."
Emma will be holding a fundraiser at the Millennium Green on September 23.
The Family Forest School will run from 10am to 1pm.
A donation of £10 is suggested.
