A COFFEE Morning was held at Clifford Gardens in Crediton in aid of Hospiscare on Wednesday, October 19.
Residents and friends enjoyed coffee in the communal lounge at the event organised by Sue Sweeney which raised £145.10 for the charity.
A raffle was held with prizes donated by the residents of Clifford Gardens.
Thanks went to helper Andrea Mills and to Lyn Durrant for serving coffees and cakes.
Hospiscare say that coffee mornings really make a difference to the charity. A donation of £32 would pay for a patient’s dressings for a day and £51 would pay for a home visit from a specialist Hospiscare nurse. For more information visit: hospiscare.co.uk .
