THE Waie Inn at Zeal Monachorum held its annual charity lunch on July 11, organised by proprietor Jean Burrow.
The event was another tremendous success and raised more than £1,200 for Bow Surgery and the Ellen Tinkhum School in Exeter.
Sylvia Pettit ran the bring and buy/bric-a-brac stall which saw a brisk business. Rick and Belle Rickard and helpers ran the draw, which had around 90 prizes.
