Crediton Youth Football Club held their annual presentation evening for the Under 7's to Under 10's, at the Football Club.

Each player was awarded a medal and trophies were awarded to:

Under 7's: Manager's player - Kieran Knight; Parents player – Edward Mortimer and Lewis Vinnicombe; Players player – Kieran Knight; Most improved player – Daniel Richards; Best trainer - Kieran Knight.

Under 8's: Manager's player – Liam Staite; Parents player – Robert Stoyle; Players player – Robert Stoyle; Most improved player – Ethan Snell; Top goal scorer – Robert Stoyle.

Under 9's: Manager's player – Lewis Cook and Toby Tapp; Parents players – Andrew Bolt and Dillon Dudley; Players player – Louis Haslam and Dillon Dudley; Most improved player – Marcus Stubbs and Alex Larkman; Top goal scorers – Joe Rice and Angus Storey; Team player – Andrew Bolt and Conrad Sanders.

Under 10's: Manager's player – Casper Montgomery; Parents player – Luke Hedley-Dent; Players player – Luke Hedley-Dent; Most improved player – Saul Bulley; Top goal scorer – Oliver Tremlett.

Crediton Youth F C will be holding their annual six-a-side tournament over the weekend of June 13 and 14, at Lords Meadows Crediton.

On the Saturday, teams in the age groups of Under 9's, 11's, 13's and 15's will compete for the trophies, with a friendly 'competition' for the under 7's.

Sunday, will be the turn of the Under 10's, 12's, 14's, 16's and girls 14's, with the friendly games for the under 8's.

The tournament is well established and has been well supported in recent years.

Chairman Philip Harvey said: " Each year we try to improve on the previous tournament and this year is no exception.

"There will be improved awards and the changes to the under 7's and 8's games, which will see an emphasis on fun and fair play, with all players receiving a medal."
