DEVON and Cornwall Police are appealing for information in relation to a robbery that occurred in Crediton Town Centre on Monday, September 28.

At approximately 11.10pm, the victim was in Newcombes Meadow park, adjacent to Crediton Bowling Club, when he was approached by a group of five youths wearing full white face masks.

The youths assaulted the victim, causing him minor facial injuries, before running off with his bag in the direction of Crediton Library.
