DEVON and Cornwall Police is appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after a burglary was reported in the area of Silverton, between Silverton and Ellerhayes.

The incident, in which offenders entered a detached property and stole an iPad and jewellery, happened between Saturday, December 16 and Sunday, December 17.

Police are also reminding residents to ensure that their property is secure.
