I HAVE just been walking in Newcombes Meadow park and the amount of dog pooh on the grass and footpaths was absolutely disgusting.
I often walk there with my dog - plus black disposal bags, should they be needed.
If a person with a dog in their care cannot afford less than 1p a bag, they should not have a dog.
Newcombes Meadow park is a lovely area for all. Please, people with dogs, USE IT (doggy bag) or LOSE IT (the right to dog walk).
