THESE two bikes (pictured) have been in chains attached to a bike stand in the Town Square, off Market Street, Crediton, October 2015, with a plastic bag added a little later.

Please will the rightful owners unlock them and use them? Or should they be passed to someone who would love a free bike? Or should they become part of a fundraiser for the Boniface Trail? Any other suggestions?
