AS part of the St Boniface Way trail, several walkers set off from Crediton Parish Church on Saturday, September 28 for a trial run of the walk.

Developed by growing the rural church project with the Exeter Diocese, the walk was led by Muff Duggean

Their route took them to Shobrooke, Newton St Cyres, Upton Pyne and the University Chapel. They had a stop for lunch on the way and arrived at Exeter Cathedral where they had afternoon tea before attending Evensong.

Everyone agreed it was a most enjoyable walk.
