NETWORK Rail has announced that it proposes to close the Crediton Railway Crossing to all traffic at Four Mills Lane, Crediton, between 11.30pm on Saturday, March 3 until 8.40am on Sunday, March 4.

The closure is to enable Network Rail contractors, Ashtead Plant Hire Company Ltd, to re-Tarmac the whole crossing and remove a defect in Tarmac on the Fordton side of the crossing.
