UPDATE AT 3.30PM: The Punchbowl Recycling Centre has now re-opened.

DEVON County Council’s Recycle Devon has announced the temporary closure of the Punchbowl Recycling Centre near Yeoford due to high winds.

The Seven Brethren (Barnstaple) is also closed for the same reason.

The Punchbowl Recycling Centre has a hill-top position in a rural area.

Apologies have been expressed for any inconvenience caused due to the closure.

Re-opening times or dates have not been announced.
