HAVE you been meaning to come along to a Crediton Garden Club meeting at Crediton Library, Belle Parade, to join an interesting group of local gardening enthusiasts and hear some excellent speakers?

On March 26 from 7.15pm onwards you will be able to pay the annual subscription fee of £12 ( £2.50 per session) and very good value for nine meetings.

You can discover our plans for the coming year and then listen to climate change scientist and garden club member Anne Tucker talking about “Gardening in a changing climate”.

Don’t forget to visit our table at the Sustainable Crediton Seed share event at the Boniface Centre from 11am to 1pm on March 16.

On April 23 we will be hosting a visit from Bowdens of Sticklepath. They are famous for Hostas and Ferns. I expect they will bring some plants for sale, so bring your wallet.

On May 4 we will be holding our Annual Plant and Produce fundraising sale (by kind permission of Sue Lee) held at Crediton Library from 10am until the plants and cakes run out! Usually just after 12 noon. Delicious refreshments will also be available.

A memo to all our kind supporters - contact details for donations will be available next month.
